Mayor John Rey Tiangco announced Monday that the Navotas City Government will soon build a super health center and Bahay Kalinga at Brgy. NBBS Kaunlaran.
Navoteños can avail laboratory, dental, birthing, and other health services in a super health center.
Meanwhile, Bahay Kalinga will serve as a temporary home for abandoned elderly and women or children survivors of abuse.
Tiangco said the National Housing Authority donated a 728 sq.m. lot at Ayungin St., which will be used as site for the said facilities.
The mayor, together with National Housing Authority General Manager Joeben Tai, signed the deed of donation and acceptance on 10 July 2023.
“Amid our limited resources, especially in terms of land, we will always find ways to cater to the needs of every Navoteño and promote their well-being,” Tiangco said.
