In celebration of the 450th Founding Anniversary of Pasig City, government officials and employees planted 450 tree seedlings for its tree planting activity last July 2, 2023, at Maybunga Rainforest Park.
Also present in the activity were students from Pamantasang Lungsod ng Pasig and members of various groups, including the Rover Scout Pasig Council. Some of the seedlings they planted were dao, lanzones, lemon, cacao, narra, and bignay.

Besides adding to the festivities of the founding anniversary, the tree-planting activity also aims to encourage environmental preservation for future generations of Pasigueños to enjoy.
