State of the City

Malabon Mayor Jeannie Sandoval delivers her State of the City Address of Malabon held at the Malabon Sports Complex. The event was followed by the blessing of newly purchased vehicles and a ribbon-cutting of a photo exhibit at the Malabon City Hall lobby on Monday.
