The Caloocan City government recently held a job fair through the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) at the Caloocan City Sports Complex.
More than 5,300 job vacancies are now available for Caloocan City residents at the Mega Job Fair, local officials said.
City Mayor Dale Gonzalo Malapitan invited residents to join the job fair to take advantage of the employment opportunities provided by the city government.
The mayor also expressed his gratitude towards PESO and the 53 partner companies for making the event possible and vowed to continue his administration’s efforts in prioritizing livelihood and employment projects to provide a more comfortable life for his constituents.
“Ngayon pa lang po ay nagpapasalamat na ako sa pagtutulungan ng PESO
at ng mga katuwang na ahensya at private companies upang magbigay ng
maayos, ligtas, at disenteng trabaho para sa mga Batang Kankaloo,” Malapitan said.
“Alam po natin ang kahalagahan ng pagkakaroon ng maayos at stable na
hanap-buhay kaya naman po prayoridad ng pamahalaang lungsod na gumawa ng mga programang maglalapit ng mga oportunidad sa ating mga kababayan. Asahan po ninyo na mada-dagdagan pa ang ganitong mga klase
ng proyekto para sa ikauunlad ng Lungsod ng Caloocan,” he added.
