VisMin property developer Cebu Landmasters, Inc. said Thursday it has started construction of its new affordable residential project in Danao City, Cebu amid strong demand from homebuyers.
CLI in a disclosure to the stock exchange said 6.8 hectare Casa Mira Homes Danao, which offers 595 housing units, is 96 percent sold out.
The project, which is slated for completion in 2026, is expected to generate P1.97 billion in sales revenue for the group.
“Casa Mira also allows CLI to help address the region’s housing gap. To date, Casa Mira has already provided more than 16,000 vertical and horizontal housing units all over VisMin. Additionally, given the success of the project in the northern part of Cebu, we are now in the process of introducing a new affordable housing development in the area soon,” CLI president and chief executive Jose Soberano III said.
CLI attributed the strong sales take up for Casa Mira Homes Danao to its strategic location. The property has direct access to the Central Nautical Highway, providing residents with convenient access to essential establishments and institutions.
Danao City is also only 25 kilometers away from Cebu City and has the necessary urban conveniences being the growth center of the northern part of Cebu province.
Casa Mira Homes Danao offers a variety of unit types. Floor areas range from 42-72 square meters for townhouses and single detached units with either two or three bedrooms. Unit prices range from P2.23 million to P3.6 million.
