As Super Typhoon Betty intensifies and advances closer to the Philippine Area of Responsibility, the control engineers of Hedcor’s National Operations Control Center (NOCC) monitor the operation of over 20 renewable energy plants spread across the country. Similar surveillance and preparatory activities are ongoing in other AboitizPower generation and distribution facilities. This is to ensure the continuous delivery of power services and limit possible disruptions that may be caused by the storm.
