A total of 487 needy residents of Tabaco City receive financial assistance under the government’s Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers (TUPAD) program, as spearheaded by Albay Rep. Edcel Lagman in collaboration with the Deppartment of Labor and Employment.
