The National Bureau of Investigation Cybercrime Division (NBI-CCD) on Monday, March 27 presented four arrested individuals that are selling fraudulent Gcash accounts. According to the NBI, the arrested individuals were engaged in trafficking Gcash accounts and allegedly operating within the vicinity of Quezon City and Tondo, Manila. Subjects were brought before the Office of the City Prosecutor, Quezon City for the crime of Trafficking in Access Devices and Fraudulently Applied For, penalized under Section 9(b) of Republic Act 8484 otherwise known as the Access Devices Regulation Act of 1998...MANNY PALMERO
