Property developer D.M. Wenceslao & Associates Inc. ranked in the top quintile in the real estate industry of the S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment with an 88-percentile rank (100 being the highest), among a global universe of S&P-assessed real estate companies, as of February 2023.
The S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment is an annual evaluation of companies’ sustainability practices. It covers over 10,000 companies from around the world.
Sustainability is defined as meeting the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.
