Caloocan City Mayor Dale Gonzalo “Along” Malapitan led the inauguration of three covered courts in different communities in Barangay 176 on Friday, February 10.
The said projects include Molave Covered Court, Grema Covered Court and Phase 7-Bigasan Covered Court which are to be utilized for sports, leisure and community activities.
The local chief executive emphasized that the said infrastructure projects are part of his administration’s vision to improve each community’s public facilities and venues for recreation and social functions.
“Ang patuloy nating pagbubukas ng mga imprastraktura ay bahagi ng ating pagnanais na paunlarin ang ating mga pampublikong pasilidad,” Mayor Along said.
“Magagamit itong mga bagong court ng ating mga kababayan sa larangan ng pampalakasan pati na rin sa pagdaraos ng mga programa ng pamahalaan,” the Mayor added.
The said inauguration activities were also attended by Caloocan District 1 Representative Oca Malapitan and Barangay 176 Chairman Joel Bacolod.
