San Juan City Mayor Francis Zamora and Ilocos Norte Gov. Matthew Marcos Manotoc check out various Ilocano products after signing of a memorandum of agreement on the Producers 2 Consumers (P2C) Program of the Ilocos Norte provincial government. The accord opens San Juan City as a new market for Ilocano-made agricultural products pursuant to the P2C program’s vision of helping accredited MSME enterprises and farmers find new markets across the country.
