Senate President Juan Miguel Zubiri and Commission on Elections chairman George Garcia sign a memorandum of understanding on the poll body’s “Register Anywhere Project, allowing for the setting up of a registration area specifically for the Senate employees and their dependents. Also present at the signing ceremony are Senators Nancy Binay, Robinhood Padilla, JV Ejercito, Comelec Commissioners Ernesto Maceda Jr. and Socorro Inting.
