A traditional Lion Dance performance will ignite the festivities accompanied by the beating symphony of drums, gongs, and cymbals.
This can all be enjoyed as guests indulge on the Chinese New Year lunch buffet, which will be meticulously prepared by F1 Hotel Manila’s culinary team and will feature special Chinese dishes including the following: Yee Sang, a prosperity salad that symbolizes abundance and vigor, which is tossed for good luck; DongPo Pork Knuckle, pan-fried braised pork flavored with secret Chinese spices; Duck Wrap pancakes with hoisin sauce ; and Suckling Pig and Tang Yuan, sweet glutinous rice balls with a hint of ginger.
A legendary Money Tree will stand at the foyer of the F All-Day Dining restaurant, which brings good chi or “energy” and is believed to bring wealth and prosperity to anyone who touches it.
