Members of the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) led by Commander Rear Admiral Artemio Manalo Abu, welcome the contingent of PCG Batanes Mission after arriving on board the BRP Gabriela Silang. The contingent came home after a mission to install navigational lanterns in the Batanes Islands to help fishing vessels to safely navigate the seas especially at night.
