Global-Estate Resorts Inc., an integrated tourism estate developer, said it expects to raise P1.3 billion in sales from a residential project in Trece Martires, Cavite.
GERI will launch the 41.8-hectare Prana Garden Villas inside the 340-hectare integrated lifestyle community Sherwood Hills. The project will offer 178 residential lots with sizes ranging from 240 square meters to 513 sq. m.
“We are very excited to showcase the elegance of living amidst nature at Prana Garden Villas, which has been mindfully planned to blossom together with its surrounding landscape,” Megaworld Global-Estate Inc. first vice president for sales and marketing Rachelle Peñaflorida said in a statement.
“The village will also provide easy and convenient access to the Sherwood Hills Golf and Country Club since it will rise just beside the world-class leisure development,” Peñaflorida said.
