President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. receives Dr. Mori Masafumi, Special Advisor to the Prime Minister of Japan, Thursday. Mr. Marcos said he “looks forward to strengthening the ties between our countries and working together on climate change, the West Philippines Sea, agriculture and food security, as well as infrastructure development.”
