Mass housing developer 8990 Holdings Inc. said Monday it plans to launch two new housing projects with P12 billion in total sales value.
8990 president and chief executive Anthony Vincent Sotto said during the annual stockholders’ meeting it would build a four-tower project in Commonwealth, Quezon City and a horizontal development in Mexico, Pampanga.
The Commonwealth project will offer 3,400 two-bedroom and three-bedroom units priced at P2 million apiece.
The first phase of the Pampanga project will offer over 4,100 units on a 29-hectare property.
Despite current market environment, Sotto remains confident the company will achieve its P23-billion sales target this year, which is 15 percent higher from a year ago level.
