The third batch of neophyte congressmen completed the Executive Course on Legislation for the 19th Congress held at the Belmonte Hall in the House of Representatives, with them are Leyte 1st District Rep Martin Romualdez, Ilocos Norte Rep. Sandro Marcos, Tingog Partylist Rep.Jude Acidre and House Secretary General Mark Llandro Mendoza.
