Pampanga Governor Dennis Pineda makes the ceremonial toss of the game between the Pasig Cocolife Pirates and Pampanga Deltas to jumpstart the Pilipinas Super League 21-Under tournament on Wednesday at the Gov. Bren Guiao Sports and Convention Center in San Fernando, Pampanga.
