Developer Ovialand recently claimed that it builds readily available, quality homes in accessible locations with affordable price tags.

The company, which was been consistently named by PAG-IBIG as a top housing developer in South Luzon, uses its precast technology to ensure a turnover time that enables clients to quickly become homeowners.

Precast technology uses concrete to speed up the process of building homes. First used by Ovialand in 2018 for the Sannera development in San Pablo, Laguna, this method has become integral to Ovialand’s commitment to Premier Family Living.

“We can build homes within 30 to 45 days, which ensures a rapid turnover of our products to our clients,” said Pammy Olivares-Vital, Ovialand’s President and CEO.
