The Highline by Avenir is a 23-story residential building in Mandaue City, Cebu. It features small office and home office units designed to fit the lifestyle and hectic schedule of the young urban professionals for a healthy work-life balance.
The building’s unique architecture and interior design are also embedded with sustainability-anchored concepts such as open roof decks, pocket gardens, integrated water efficiency and quality monitoring systems to help create a more liveable urban environment, making it a BERDE 4 star-rated project. The BERDE Green Building Rating System was developed under the BERDE Program, which aims to assess, measure, monitor, and certify the performance of green building projects above and beyond existing national and local building and environmental laws, regulations, and mandatory standards.
