Megaworld said the village would be ready for turnover to owners by 2026. The company is expected to generate P6.5 billion in sales from the project.

“Maple Grove Park Village is inspired by contemporary tropical architecture that naturally exudes a sense of ease and warmth perfectly suited for a resort-style residential setting,” said Megaworld first vice president for sales and marketing Eugene Em Lozano.

“The Village will be strategically located in the more secluded part of Maple Grove to give residents utmost exclusivity and privacy, while still allowing them to have access to all the modern conveniences that the township has to offer,” he said.

Nearly 40 percent of the property will be allocated to green and open spaces. It will also have an underground cabling system, with provisions for fiber-optic cables.

Dubbed as “Cavite’ first-ever modern central business district,” Maple Grove features residential condominiums, office towers, a soon-to-rise lifestyle mall, a transport hub and a McDonald’ s store that will be the biggest in Cavite.

The township also boasts of several sustainability features, such as a Rainwater Park, which is a two-hectare tree park designed to be a catchment basin for rainwater runoff, a landscape drip irrigation system, bike lanes, pocket gardens, tree parks and vertical gardens in various buildings around the township.

A six-lane Maple Grove Boulevard will traverse the township. It will also have its own chapel, biking and jogging track and futsal field.
