It is still in contention in the PUBG Mobile team event, where the Filipino gamers are running first and third place with 3 Maps to go, even as Sibol dropped its best-of-three series, 0-2, to Vietnam in the SEA Games Crossfire.
The Malaysians took Game 1, 24-8, but the Philippines went on to sweep its next three matches, after equalizing in Game 2 at 21-11.
In Game 3, it was the Troll King’s turn to take the lead with its 6-1-8 slate, with Tapang emerging unscathed with his five kills and nine assists.
