Officers of Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation (PDO) and AVC Development & Construction Corp. led the topping-off ceremony for Pueblo de Oro Townsquare, a three-level commercial strip located in Babag II, Lapu-Lapu City.
The project aims to provide more accessible retail centers to residents in the area, particularly from the La Aldea Del Mar and Park Place subdivisions, the recently launched Park Place II, and the soon-to-rise Pueblo de Oro Storeys Lapu-Lapu condominiums.
A second three-floor commercial building is being planned for 2023.
