Senator Lito Lapid formally endorsed his personal bets during a grand rally in Masantol, Pampanga on Sunday. Lapid, who served as Pampanga governor for nine years, asked his fellow Cabalens to support PINUNO Partylist led by first nominee Howard Guintu and Masantol Mayoralty candidate Homer Guintu.
