The 31st Southeast Asian Games and a little bit of the UAAP side will be tackled in Tuesday’s virtual session of the Philippine Sportswriters Association Forum.
Philippine Rowing Association president Patrick Gregorio joins Association of Boxing Alliances in the Philippines counterpart Ed Picson and secretary general Marcus Jarwin Manalo as special guests to talk about their respective federation’s campaign in the May 12-23 biennial showcase in Hanoi, Vietnam.
Gregorio will also discuss a bit the upset pulled off last Sunday by University of the Philippines against undefeated Ateneo De Manila that forged a Final Four in Season 84 of the UAAP men’s basketball tournament. The sports official is one of the major boosters of the Fighting Maroons’ title campaign this season.
The session starts at 10:00 a.m.
The weekly public sports program is presented by San Miguel Corporation (SMC), MILO, Philippine Sports Commission, Philippine Olympic Committee, Unilever, Amelie Hotel Manila, and the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
The session is livestreamed via the PSA Facebook page fb.com/PhilippineSportswritersAssociation and aired on a delayed basis the same day at 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. over Radyo Pilipinas 2, which also shares the livestreaming over its Facebook page.
