The field will be divided into six divisions: Groups I to IV and Seniors I and II.

Team classification will be based on the average of the three January handicap indices of the team. No team will be allowed to field more than one player with handicap index of 5.0.

Local Baguio teams, including the regular Group 1 winner and host Camp John Hay Golf Club and Seniors 1 champion Pugo Adventure in 2020 are expected to be back and defend their titles.

CJHGC General Manager Jude Eustaquio wanted to have more teams but had to put a limit into the number to adhere to the health and safety protocols set by the local government unit of Baguio City and the Inter Agency Task Force.

“Everyone’s excited and looking forward to a grand week of non-stop friendly but fierce competition, camaraderie and good times. Even before we opened the registration, I saw the enthusiasm in them,” said Eustaquio.

The Manor and Forest Lodge at Camp John Hay, Le Chef, Federal Management and Maintenance, Tobi Group of Companies, Bishop Carlito Cenzon Foundation, The Turf Company, GAC Motors, JTen Sports, Baguio Country Club, Manila Southwoods, Valley Golf, Sherwood Hills and Eagle Ridge are sponsors.

Estaquio reminds that the submission of a negative result prior and Antigen testing immediately after the round are no longer required.

Practice round and welcome cocktails on March 28 kicks off the event and ends with the awards ceremony on March 31 at the Manor at Camp John Hay.
