The Lipa City Hall breaks ground at its new location at Ayala Land Inc.’s newest estate, Areza. The City Hall, along with the Lipa City Trading Center at the Department of Agriculture, will be among the primary locators of Ayala Land’s soon-to-be launched mixed-use estate in Lipa City. Areza is a 92-hectare property that is accessible through the STAR toll way via Balete exit.
