The Joys of Clothing: UNIQLO launches 2022 Spring/Summer LifeWear magazine issue

Global apparel retailer UNIQLO has launched the 2022 Spring/Summer issue of LifeWear magazine this month with the theme “The Joys of Clothing.”

The issue presents reflections on the simple pleasures found in wearing clothes through features such as an interview with filmmaker Sofia Coppola and a fashion story of UNIQLO and JW ANDERSON as photographed by the Australian periodical frankie magazine.

“The theme for this issue, ‘The Joys of Clothing,’ was inspired by Joy of Cooking, an enduringly popular and beloved recipe book originally published in the US in the 1930s. The title incorporates the idea of the delight found in selecting and styling clothing, in the same way that people enjoy cooking. We want this issue to be an opportunity for people to encounter preppy spring moods and colorful clothing,” said Takahiro Kinoshita, Fast Retailing Group Executive Vice President and Creative Director.

The main contents of the 2022 Spring/Summer issue are as follows:
