Lending a helping hand

The Property Management Offices (PMO) of RLC Residences’ Cebu-based projects recently undertook relief initiatives intended for its homeowners and property employees affected by Super Typhoon Odette.

The storm struck many parts of Visayas and Mindanao last December 2021.

Located in one of the most affected provinces, Azalea Place and AmiSa Private Residences in Cebu suffered damages from the typhoon’s onslaught, significantly affecting the development and the lives of its residents and employees.

Through the help of Universal Robina Corporation, food, drinking water, and rubbing alcohol supplies were provided as part of the relief packs distributed. Cebu Pacific ensured that relief supplies would safely reach the province.

Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, through Cebu Pacific, supplied supply the diesel needed for the properties’ generator sets. RLC Residences vowed to continue helping those affected by the storm.

The developer waived all penalties and interests incurred for late payments starting December 16, 2021, to January 31, 2022. This initiative is offered to property buyers in typhoon-stricken areas, including Cebu, Bohol, Negros, Surigao, Siargao, Iloilo, Samar, Leyte, and Palawan.
