A Makati Police secures the entrance of the Berjaya Hotel in Makati City Sunday, after the local government unit served a closure order to the management of Berjaya Hotel Thursday. That, after the Department of Tourism suspended the hotel’s accreditation for its failure to stop a returning Filipino from skipping the mandatory quarantine in the facility. The DOT also revoked Berjaya’s permit as a multiple-use hotel.
