Angeles City—The city government here under the leadership of Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. has started the inoculation of fully vaccinated residents for booster shots via the Sundo Bakuna sa Barangay program.
Eligible residents are those who received their second dose of vaccines within March to July 4, 2021.
Lazatin said the city is fully prepared for the vaccination of booster shots, having 400 working staff in the inoculation team led by IC Calaguas, the mayor’s chief adviser.
Calaguas said the vaccination of booster shots will be scheduled per barangay at the two mega vaccination sites in the City College of Angeles and the Angeles City National High School.
“We fetch our residents via bus or jeepney and bring them to either vaccination site,” Calaguas said.
All schedules and vaccine updates will be posted on the official Facebook page of the City Information Office.
