Former Speaker Alan Peter Cayetano is pushing for a Department of Disaster Resilience which will focus on relief and rehabilitation of areas hit by disasters. Cayetano also distributed grocery packs, generator sets, solar lamps, and tents to victims of typhoon “Odette” in Cebu.
