Restaurant Verbena’s 3-course holiday meal

Executive Chef Gerwin Bailon prepares a three-course holiday menu for diners celebrating the Yuletide season in chilly Tagaytay.

The P1,285+ meal starts with Roasted Chestnut and Carrot Ginger bisque served with Turkey Croquettes and garnished with smoked paprika and edible flowers. It is then followed by Braised Short Ribs with truffle sweet potato purée, roasted Brussels sprouts, aged balsamic, and kale cracker for the main. 

A dessert of Pumpkin Pie with Bacon and Parmesan Ice Cream wraps up the meal.

Restaurant Verbena is at Discovery Country Suites in Tagaytay City.
