The National Bureau of Investigation, led by spokesman and deputy director Ferdinand Lavin, on Tuesday presents 15 Chinese nationals arrested for alleged human trafficking. They were arrested in an entrapment/ rescue operation in a hotel at Alabang- Zapote Road, Almanza, Las Piñas City. The NBI official also presented George Kennedy (inset), a Liberian national, arrested on charges of estafa.
