Miss Universe Philippines 2019 Gazini Ganados sets the bar in the evening gown competition of the Miss Universe pageant during the preliminary competition in Atlanta, Georgia on Saturday. Gazini shone in her shimmering ‘phoenix’ gown, a masterpiece designed by Cary Santiago, almost identical to the fuchsia-phoenix gown she wore in the Binibining Pilipinas pageant in June.
