Arrival honors

Cagayan Economic Zone Authority (CEZA) Secretary Raul L. Lambino (third from left), Administrator and CEO, received full military honors from the members of the Philippine Navy upon his arrival at the PN headquarters in Manila on Nov. 13 for the CEZA-PN MOA signing. Lambino was accompanied by Vice-Admiral Robert Empedrad (left) Flag Officer in Command, PN. Lambino was a former Corps Commander of the Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps (NROTC) during his college days (1978-1981) and later became the PN Midshipman of the year.
