Miss Universe-Philippines 2019 Gazini Christiana Jordi Ganados, vibrant in a Cary Santiago yellow gown, was flanked by Miss Intercontinental Philippines 2019 Emma Mary Tiglao and Miss Supranational Philippines 2019 Resham Saeed, gorgeous in two-tone red with silver gowns, as they gave their statements on their preparations and expectations for their respective competitions.
Bb. Pilipinas runner-ups Samantha Mae Bernardo and Maria Andrea Abesamis were also present to give moral support to their Binibini sisters.
Ganados, a 24-year-old Fil-Palestinian and Tourism graduate from the University of San Jose-Recoletos, is aiming for a historic back-to-back Miss Universe win when she competes in Miss Universe 2019 to be held at the Tyler Perry Studios, a sprawling complex built on a former Confederate army base, in Atlanta, Georgia on Dec. 8, where reigning champion Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray will pass on her crown at the end of the coronation finals.
Fil-Pakistani Saeed, a 25-year-old model and Psychology student from Buluan, Maguindanao, will fly to Poland for the Miss Supranational 2019 pageant in Katowice, Silecia on Dec. 6. Will she equal Mutya Datul’s feat who brought home the crown in 2013?
Tiglao, a 24-year-old Tourism graduate from Pampanga, is also aiming for a back-to-back to succeed reigning Miss Intercontinental 2018 Karen Gallman when she relinquishes her title at the Miss Intercontinental 2019 to be held at the Sharm-El Sheik in Egypt on Dec. 20.
