South Korea’s Ballad Prince—Lee Seung Gi—was greeted by his fans in Manila on Saturday evening for the Philippine leg of his Vagabond Voyage Asia tour.
“Hello, Philippines! Are you ready? The day we’re finally going to meet is getting closer. Just the thought of meeting Filipino Airens makes my heart flutter,” he said in a video shared by CDM Entertainment on Facebook.
Lee Seung Gi’s Vagabond Voyage tour marks his 15th year since he started his career in entertainment. His Manila tour, produced by ABS-CBN Events and CDM Entertainment, was the Hallyu star’s first chance to meet his Filipino fans.
The triple threat star, who is known for his acting, singing, and hosting skills, initially became famous in the Philippines in the K-drama My Girlfriend is a Gumiho back in 2011. He once again captured local audiences in the action-fantasy Hwayugi: A Korean Odyssey, which aired last year on ABS-CBN.
Lee Seung Gi’s Manila tour was one of the thrilling shows produced by ABS-CBN Events, bringing the Kapamilya experience closer to Filipinos with outstanding and unforgettable live shows, concerts, and fan meets.
After his much-awaited Manila encounter, the Vagabond star headed to Bangkok, Singapore, and Kuala Lumpur to continue his Asia tour.
