This corner features pets of animal lovers every week. We hope new owners and those thinking of getting a pet will be encouraged to be responsible “furparents” through these features. We also hope more people will be moved to be kind to animals when they read about the great relationship that can be created between humans and animals.

WALLY was rescued a month ago. He was sleeping on a wet concrete near the office of Gela Padilla.
“I took him with me and had him checked by the vet,” Gela recalls.
“Thankfully, he is free from any illness or disease. He was given vitamins to help him gain back his appetite, “ Gela says.
“According to the vet, Wally's age is between 8 months to 1 year, “ Gela adds.
Wally loves beef jerky treats and being cuddled until he falls asleep, Gela shares.
“I thank God for giving Wally to me, “Gela says.
