Spanish Navy (Armada Española) Commander Antonio Gonzalez del Tanago de la Lastra is seen after arriving on board the frigate ship Méndez Nuñez (F-104) at the Pier 15 in Manila, the Philippines, Sept. 5. The Méndez Nuñez (F-104) is on a three-day goodwill visit to the Philippines and marks the first time a Spanish navy ship docked in the country after 121 years since the ‘Battle of Manila Bay‘ during the Spanish-American War in 1898.
