GMA Kapuso talents Isabelle de Leon, Kelley Day, and Michelle Dee emerged as some of the early favorites among the 40 official candidates of Miss World Philippines 2019 presented at Novotel’s Versailles Tent in Araneta Center on Thursday afternoon.
