Calabarzon police, led by Regional Director Police Brig. Gen. Edward Carranza, present to the media the No. 2 Most Wanted Person in the region, Marvin Dupal-Ag, who was arrested at Barangay Cantabaco in Toledo City, Cebu on Thursday afternoon. Dupal-Ag is charged with killing a man in 2003 and the frustrated murder of another man in 2007, both in Dasmariñas, Cavite.
