Tropical depression “Ineng” intensified into a tropical storm on Wednesday afternoon.
As of 4 p.m.!yesterday, the center of Ineng was estimated at 1,135 kilometers east of Infanta, Quezon.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said the storm would continue to spawn scattered rains in Bicol, Eastern Visayas and Quezon.
Ineng was moving northwest at 15 kilometers.
Ineng is forecast to exit the Philippine area of responsibility by Sunday.
