Loteng operators

National Capital Region Police Office Chief of Police Major General Guillermo Eleazar presented the 12 arrested operators of the illegal game ‘Loteng’ at the NCRPO Headquarter at Camp Bagong Diwa in Taguig City on Sunday, Aug. 4. They were arrested in police operations in Taguig City, Quezon City, Las Piñas City, and Parañaque City.
