Land values at Filinvest City, an urban center south of Metro Manila, have risen by as much as 300 percent in the last six years, making for impressive returns, according to property consultancy firm Santos Knight Frank.
In 2018, Metro Manila was rated as one of the world’s top luxury markets, with Alabang among the 18 neighborhoods poised to become the next property hotspot, according to Santos Knight Frank. Add to this ongoing infrastructure projects such as the Skyway Stage 3, which is due for completion by mid-2020, and various developments being constructed in the area.
