Philippine Deposit Insurance Corp. is set to dispose 84 properties of closed banks through a public bidding on an “as-is, where is” basis. The bidding will be held on August 22, 2019 at the 9th Floor Training Room, SSS Bldg., 6782 Ayala Ave. corner Rufino St., Makati City.
Sealed bids will be accepted by the PDIC Real and Other Properties Acquired (ROPA) Disposal Committee from direct buyers only between 9:00 a.m. and 1:45 p.m. at the venue. Bids will be opened at 2:00 p.m.
Up for bidding are 49 residential lots, 23 residential lots with improvements, three commercial lots with improvements, three commercial condominium units, one residential condominium unit with parking slot, one mixed-use residential/commercial lot, one commercial lot, one industrial lot, one transportation equipment and a forklift located in Metro Manila, Bataan, Batangas, Benguet, Bulacan, Camarines Sur, Cavite, Cebu, Davao del Norte, Laguna, La Union, Marinduque, Nueva Ecija, Palawan, Pampanga, Pangasinan, Rizal and Tarlac.
