Farmers in Atok, Benguet, a major producer of highland vegetables, rush to harvest devalued cruciferous plants despite stormy and cold weather in a race against time to sell them in the market at a low price. Farm owner Pj Haight says they would rather sell the rain-soaked crops at a reduced price rather than lose them totally.
