Residents in Makati’s Barangay Olympia look helpless Saturday morning as fire eats up a row of houses. Later in the afternoon, another fire hit Barangay 183 in Villamor, Pasay City, with reports suggesting firefighters had difficulty in extinguishing the fire in the latter with water hydrants not working properly.
