The salad fast food chain joins the cauliflower movement and launches its newest seasonal menu item, aptly called Caulifornia Dreamin’. This limited offering, available in wrap and salad variants, is perfect for both vegetarians and the health conscious,
Caulifornia Dreamin’ is made with romaine lettuce, red and white cabbage, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, roasted mushroom, avocado, carrots, roasted peanuts, and a cheesy cauliflower patty. The star ingredient, a handmade patty, is a unique topping that can only be enjoyed with the Caulifornia Dreamin’ salad or wrap.
It is drizzled with a tangy lemongrass turmeric dressing—another super ingredient—which complements the savory flavor of the cauliflower patty. The peanut and carrot toppings provide a crunch to the dish, balancing out the soft and creamy texture of the avocado.
The wrap is available for P375, while the salad is available for P365. Both variants of Caulifornia Dreamin’ is now available at all SaladStop! branches, except Ayala Tower 1.
